Patagioenas araucana (Lesson)

Length: 38 cms.

All of the body, chestnut – wine colored, except the back and coverts, of grey tones. White semi – collar on the nape with bronze green plumage below this. Blackish primaries. Dark grey tail with black band near the end. Black beak. Purple red feet.
