Buff necked ibis
Theristicus melanopis (Gmelin)
Head and neck yellowish ochre, crown and nape darker. White chest separated from the neck with a grey line. Sides of the breast and belly black. Back grayish brown small and medium wing coverts white with dark grey borders; the larger feathers grayish white. Black primaries. Eyes, lorums and throat bare, black color. Long downward curving beak. Black nearest the head, and horn colored for the rest of the length. Iris and feet red to pink.
